Open design – Easy Access: The FELIX Pro 2 has an open structure, giving you the joy to see your prints come to life with the least amount of obstructions. The innovative design of the FELIX Pro 3 has easy access so you can remove the build plate and the hot ends in just a few seconds.
High Precision- rigid frame: Enabling high precision prints, starts with a rigid frame. The FELIX Pro 3 is built from custom designed anodized aluminium extruded profiles from the 6000 series, this is the same aluminium used in aerospace and military designs. Next to that we use powder coated steel frame parts to make the frame as rigid as possible. The frame itself is also a part of the exterior design, making the design as efficient as possible.
Upgradable by Design: All FELIXprinters are engineered in a modular way, it is part of the FELIX DNA. Upgrade your machine to ensure the latest technology. Using this design philosophy, performing maintenance on the FELIX pro series is easy.
Remote print monitoring: The camera module enables easy print progress monitoring, but also easy creation of timelapses and video’s
Intuitive touchscreen interface: Intuitive touchscreen interface contains all required functions. Even video tutorials to get you started
Manage projects: Conveniently manage projects with multiple users. Via the intuitive webinterface
View rendered print files: The Pro 3 touchscreen module, creates a rendered image of the print-file which can also be seen on the frontend touchscreen interface.
Printfarm Mode: Control up to 10 printers with the touchscreen module. It is basically a full fledged octa core linux pc which can drive printers over an USB hub. If you already have more printers, you can easily manage them with the back-end interface of the touchscreen.
There are several presets for different type of printers, so it is not only able to control more pro 3 printers. Even other brands are possible to control

The Pro 3 has been designed and manufactured to offer the highest possible price / performance ratio in its class with dedicated features that ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance as well as high quality parts. Dual Radial Blower: The new dual radial fan setup generates 3x more power compared to it’s predecessor. Besides more power the filament is now cooled from both sides enabling more detailed prints and better overhang* performance. Filament flow detection: Never a failed print due to lack of filament or a clogged extruder. Saving valuable time and prevents wasted filament. Quickswap Print-head: Increase productivity. Changing a hot-end never has been so simple. Within 10 second you can swap a hot-end. Making maintenance a breeze and also enabling a hot-end for each material. Silent Operation at just 34 dBA: Based on the Arduino DUE platform a new control board was designed. It boasts a 32bit ARM processor at high clock speeds. This makes it able to use stepper drivers which can do 128th micro stepping allowing extremely low noise operation of the stepper motors. |
